Zumba Fitness
Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. It's easy to do, effective, and totally exhilarating.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is for those who want a softer, nurturing, and relaxing practice. It is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and usually includes time for meditation, breath work, and relaxation. Also, a great beginner class.
Functional Fitness
Designed to help you develop and/or maintain a healthy lifestyle by performing various exercises and movements. Class starts with a walking warm up and balance, then moves into core strength (weights, resistance bands, Pilates balls) and light cardio. We will finish with stretching/ flexibility and a cool down. This class caters to all fitness levels, with modifications and chairs available.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa offers a variety of postures (standing and sitting) and is sometimes called Flow Yoga. Lots of ability levels shown throughout the class.

Old school aerobics combined with modern fitness techniques that will have you sweating and smiling at the same time! Easy to follow choreography perfect for all ages and stages of fitness, set to upbeat music you know and love.
Trapeze Yoga
Trapeze Yoga will change your backbends forever~ less pain and more flexibility with balanced upper body and core strength. Trapeze Yoga is a flow of postures supported by a fabric hammock with handles at three different heights. Some postures are performed entirely in the trapeze while others are performed with one or two feet on the ground, on hands and knees, or lying on the ground.
