I jumped back into fitness in 2010 when I discovered Zumba! I felt alive and energetic when I was dancing, and I began teaching Zumba. Then, about four years later, I discovered PiYo which is a perfect blend of Pilates and Yoga rolled into an athletic workout that will leave you feeling strong and invigorated! In 2014, I went through the AFAA Group Fitness certification process because knowing how to be an effective and safe instructor is so important to me. In 2016, I became a Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute along with a Better Bones and Balance instructor. In 2019, I completed my Behavior Change Specialist Certification through NASM. I started my journey into Yoga in 2020, I completed my 200-hour Yoga teacher training and SOULfusion certification. I continued growing my certifications with Yoga Trapeze in 2021.The newest format that I am enjoying adding to the schedule is WARRIOR Strength and WARRIOR Rhythm. In 2022, I also completed a 6-month Master Health Coaching Certification. I consider myself a life-long learner and always enjoy diving in to further my knowledge in health and fitness.
As a Fitness instructor and Health Coach, the success that someone feels after committing to themselves and making lifestyle changes is an amazing process to be involved in! I believe that you will feel better, look better, have more energy, have less pain, and sleep better when you are feeding your body clean, whole foods. When you cut the sugar and processed food out of your life you will see amazing transformations. With that being said, I believe in balance and loving the life you live! I truly enjoy working with individuals and groups to become the best version of YOU you can be! My passion is to help you, listen to you, and find a solution to what makes you happy and healthy! My journey is filled with day-to-day, non-stop learning about living life in the best way possible!
